Alleviating Stress: Harnessing the Transformative Power of Natural Law and Energy Medicine5/23/2023 ![]() In our modern society, stress has become a prevalent issue that affects our overall well-being. However, by embracing holistic wellness practices and living in alignment with natural law, we can alleviate stress and cultivate a harmonious and balanced life. In this blog post, I will explore how integrating practices such as the synergy of sound, mindful meditation, bio-scalar activations, energy medicine, and living aligned with natural law can help us navigate stress and foster a greater sense of peace, vitality, and well-being. Living Aligned with Natural Law: Living in harmony with natural law means recognizing and honoring the inherent wisdom and interconnectedness of the natural world. It involves embracing principles such as balance, sustainability, and respect for all living beings. When we align ourselves with natural law, we tap into a deeper source of wisdom and guidance that supports our well-being. By cultivating a deeper connection with nature, practicing gratitude, and adopting sustainable lifestyle choices, we create a foundation for a more harmonious existence. One that takes all living, breathing, sentient beings into consideration when we make our choices. Being ever aware of the law of cause and effect. Harmonizing Energies with Bio-Scalar Activations and Energy Medicine: Bio-scalar activations and energy medicine work in synergy with our body's energetic systems to restore balance and promote healing. These practices recognize that we are energetic beings and that imbalances or blockages in our energy flow can contribute to stress and dis-ease. By engaging in modalities such as Reiki, synergy of sound, or other energy healing techniques, we can clear stagnant energy, rebalance our energetic centers, and support our body's innate healing abilities. Harmonizing our energies through bio-scalar activations and potent energy medicine modalities can help alleviate stress, enhance vitality, and promote overall well-being. The Transformative Power of Rhythm: Synergy of sound is a powerful tool for alleviating stress and restoring harmony within our being. Sound, with its vibrational qualities, can deeply impact our energetic and emotional states. By immersing ourselves in the healing sounds of drumming, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chanting, breathwork and more we can entrain our brainwaves, induce relaxation, and release tension. Sound not only calms the mind but also has a profound effect on our physical and energetic bodies. Through regular meditative sound sessions, we can reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace. Cultivating Presence through Mindful Meditation: Mindful meditation is a practice that allows us to cultivate present-moment awareness and non-judgmental observation of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations. By practicing mindfulness, we create a space of stillness and inner calm that helps us detach from stressors and gain clarity. Through mindfulness, we become more aware of our stress triggers and develop tools to respond to them with equanimity and compassion. Mindful meditation enables us to cultivate resilience, reduce anxiety, and foster a deep sense of peace within. Embracing Nature's Healing Wisdom: Nature offers a profound source of healing and stress relief. Spending time in nature, engaging in activities such as forest bathing, or simply connecting with the elements can restore balance and harmony within us. Nature's rhythms and beauty provide a sense of grounding, inspiration, and connection to something greater. By immersing ourselves in natural environments, we can reduce stress, improve our mood, and find solace amidst life's challenges. Nurturing Self-Care and Alignment: It is essential to prioritize self-care and live in alignment with our values and purpose. This includes engaging in restorative practices, setting healthy boundaries, nourishing our bodies with nutritious food, and getting enough sleep. Taking time for self-reflection, practicing gratitude, and embracing simplicity can also support our well-being. By nurturing ourselves and aligning our actions with natural law, we create a solid foundation for stress reduction and overall holistic wellness. Cultivating a balanced life requires a holistic approach that integrates practices rooted in natural law and holistic wellness. Really bringing our body, mind and spirit into the equation and making sure we are treating all parts of the whole. By living in harmony with natural principles, harmonizing our energies with bio-scalar activations and energy medicine, embracing the transformative power of sound, cultivating presence through mindful meditation, and connecting with the healing wisdom of nature, we can nurture our overall well-being. As we integrate these practices into our daily lives, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and inner peace. I encourage you to embrace these transformative practices, explore their benefits, and discover the profound impact they can have on your journey to a balanced and harmonious life.

![]() In today's fast-paced world, achieving a sense of wellness and inner balance is crucial. I am a passionate advocate for community wellness and a dedicated practitioner of natural healing modalities. In October I joined forces with the YWCA to bring about transformative experiences through the power of sound, meditation, and the principles of natural law. Through my expertise in bio-scalar activations and energy medicine, I aim to create a space for individuals to connect with their inner selves and enhance their overall well-being. The Collaboration: my collaboration with the YWCA stems from a shared vision of empowering individuals to achieve holistic wellness. By integrating sound therapy, meditation, and natural law principles, I offer a unique approach that goes beyond traditional wellness practices. Together with the YWCA, we have curated workshops and programs that provide a safe and nurturing environment for participants to explore the depths of their inner selves. The Power of Sound: Sound has long been recognized as a powerful tool for healing and transformation. I harness the synergy of sound, combining various techniques such as crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, and sound frequencies to create a harmonious and immersive experience. Sound vibrations have the ability to penetrate deep into our bodies, releasing stagnant energy, and promoting relaxation and balance. Through my practices I guide participants to embrace the healing power of sound, enabling them to tap into their inner wisdom and find solace in the present moment. Meditation and Natural Law: Meditation serves as a gateway to inner peace and self-awareness. I incorporate meditation practices into my collaborations with the YWCA to encourage participants to cultivate mindfulness and connect with their authentic selves. Guided by the principles of natural law, I emphasize the importance of aligning our thoughts, actions, and intentions with the natural flow of life. By understanding and embodying these universal principles, individuals can experience a deeper sense of purpose, abundance, and fulfillment. Bioscalar Activations: One of my specialties lies in bioscalar activations. Bioscalar energy refers to a subtle energy field that exists in the universe and has the potential to facilitate healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. I utilize my expertise in this field to create powerful healing experiences during these practices. Through bioscalar activations, participants can experience profound shifts in their energy, releasing blockages and finding a renewed sense of vitality. Benefits and Impact: The collaboration with the YWCA has had a significant impact on the wellness of the community. Participants have reported experiencing reduced stress, improved clarity of mind, heightened creativity, and a greater sense of overall well-being. By providing a space for individuals to explore the depths of their inner selves and connect with the healing power of sound, meditation, and natural law, we are fostering a community that is empowered to live authentically and consciously. Conclusion: My collaboration with the YWCA brings forth a powerful blend of sound, meditation, natural law, and bioscalar activations to enhance wellness in the community. Through their joint efforts, individuals are invited to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner healing. By embracing the power of sound and meditation and aligning with the principles of natural law, participants can experience profound shifts in their well-being, paving the way for a more balanced, harmonious, and fulfilling life. Together, we are making a positive impact, fostering wellness, and empowering individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives. If you're reading this, you are answering the call for a personal request. Without giving much detail, I am going to ask you to do something for me. Something that will be simple, but impactful. We're going to use the power of optimal imagination here.
If you could, anytime you think of me shift your thoughts to my dad right now, think of him being in a forest by the ocean watching the sun rise, surrounded by the people he loves. Moving into his heart, imagining it radiating the most beautiful emerald green, being able to work from a place of unconditional love and compassion, free, like an eagle. It feels like silence and joy, with a wave of quietness and stillness. Love & gratitude Margie ![]() Let's get up close and personal. Let's get real and raw. It's just that kind of day. This post is for my inner child who wanted to sing from the rooftops and be seen. Most times as we heal, we have to give our inner child what they needed as we open up new doors and travel into new shadows, or deeper into the depths of the caverns we have already begun to illuminate. Today is one of these days for me. A lot of the healing I have done has been centered around voice and truth, and I know this will continue to be where a lot of my work is around. Funny how both of these things are part of my gifts. Using my voice as an agent of change and my gift of sight to have laser beam clarity in truth. I'll start by saying- my mother has untreated mental illnesses that occurred from the great deal of trauma she endured as a child. A tremendous amount of oppression has been projected onto her in her lifetime. I have so much love and compassion for her as a person and I truly hope one day she stops wearing her trauma as armor and allows herself to become light. Free of the weight from it all. I wish for her true healing, and I will hold a vision of that highest light of who she is in the hopes that in this lifetime, that is achieved. That being said, I triggered her from a young age, my truth challenged her stories. My mother loved me, but her triggers really didn't, and still don't. Early on in life, I was taught that I was a liar, made to look into a mirror and tell myself that I was. I was told that my feelings were incorrect and that I needed to "tell the truth" of how I really felt, and usually that "truth" was feed to me. I was taught to lie about being ill to get out of things I didn't want to do, or that benefited her, like getting her out of work. I was taught that bad things that happened in the family, were usually my fault. The people around me learned these things too. My siblings knew I was not to be trusted and that mom labeled me as the bad one, the liar. They were taught to use these narratives against me. Both to manipulate me, but also to reject me. In every instance throughout my young life that my mother needed a scapegoat- well there I was. The drama queen. The liar. The manipulator. The crazy child. The attention seeker. Any role she needed me to be, I was. I believed all these stories about myself so much, that I played right into the roles. I helped make her stories true, simply because I believed them to be truth too. I could not trust myself, well because my feelings were always wrong. I could not identify my truth, because I could never access it. My voice always shut down, silenced. My truth always smothered by false belief systems, oppressed upon. Now of course, there were plenty of other things that happened in my young life. Other traumas that shaped how I viewed the world. But today, we're focused on this one. For all of my teenage and early adulthood years, I stood in a battle against who I really am, and the narratives crafted around who I was. The belief systems I so much wanted to break free from, that I had no idea I even could, or even that they were not true. I deeply disliked the who that person I thought I was. I hated being in constant chaos. I hated lying. I hated being a drama queen. I hated all of those roles I lived in. Always the victim. Always putting everyone's needs and truths before my own. Always seeking co-dependent relationships so that I could always be validated. Working in a positive projection so that no one could ever see the pain I was hiding, so no one would be bothered with my feelings, because they were probably not real anyway, I was crazy and a liar, who would ever believe my truth? I didn't. I moved in others projections of me. Always seeking validation, approval, being liked, being accepted. I just wanted to be liked, to be loved. When I began my healing journey, I had no idea the truth or power inside of me. I had no idea how much balance could be cultivated through the practices I would find myself in. I had no idea just how much projection I was living in. As I found myself immersed in the teachings of natural law, energy medicine and sound healing, I found me. The layers began to peel back, I uncovered so much truth. I uncovered so much of my essence. I could not believe it. Some days, I still am in awe of the transformations that have taken place. For me. My family. My clients. My community. All by the one ripple. All by making the decision to start. I am so proud of taking back my truth. Honoring myself. And not just honoring, shining my light to help others access theirs. After a couple of weeks of being confronted with truth, my mother retold the story that I was a liar. Retold the story that I was poison. She needed the villain to be resurrected. She would not own the truth, or accept responsibility, my mother needed the narratives of who I was to reemerge. She reverted right back to previous holding patterns and came back to needing a story to be created around who I am. Only this time, I did not believe those stories too. I did not let it be a belief I adopted. It does not even matter everything that occurred, what truth she was confronted with, or why. Only that she could connect it to me, and so she did. Today, I spent a good part of the day loving that inner child. I spent a lot of time singing and doing breathwork. I called my mentor, for some extra support. I took my 5yr old shopping and let him pick out a special snack. We went to the grocery store, and I walked him through getting frustrated when I said no. Letting him know I honored his feelings. Teaching him to pause and ground in that emotion, and not react inside of it. I cooked dinner for my family. I showered in the dark, singing some more, crying and allowing the tears to flow with the water. I played sound with my husband, letting him be my supportive and unconditionally loving witness. I taught him how to hold the pulse with a drum so that he could access that wisdom and hold that vibration for me as I played the bowls. And then, I wrote this. For my 3yr old self who needed her mom to hear and see her. For my 10yr old self, who wanted to be loved too. For my 12yr old self, who did not deserve to be assaulted because of the shorts she was wearing. For my 15yr old self who just needed help. For my 17yr self who just wanted truth and peace. For myself in the now, speaking her truth and letting all of those little girls inside of her know, that it is all okay. For all the little moments where I needed a mother, and mine could not support me. Meditation is a practice that’s been around for centuries, and there’s a reason why it’s been around for so long. It’s incredibly beneficial for both your mental and physical health.
It is a great way to focus on the present and connect with your inner peace. It can be a great way to start your day or to end a day. Myself, I meditate almost daily and almost always include a bioscalar activation into my practices. When it comes to the topic of meditation, there are a few things that are always up for debate. What is the best way to meditate? What are the benefits of meditation? How long should you meditate for? And so on. However, one thing that is not up for debate is the fact that meditation is a great way to improve your overall wellbeing. It is a time to come back to our internal place allowing our bodies to receive healing energy and bring us into a state of peace. In this post, we will explore the many benefits of meditation, as well as taking a look at bioscalar energy, and how it can be used to improve your meditation practice. Here are just a few of the benefits of meditation: 1. It can help you focus and concentrate better. 2. It can improve your memory. 3. It can help you manage stress and anxiety. 4. It can improve your sleep quality. 5. It can help you become more mindful and aware of your thoughts and emotions. 6. It can improve your overall mood and well-being. When we pair meditation with a bioscalar activation, we create a wave of felt energy that can be experienced through our senses. We invite our bodies to take in the light and energy of the earth and all her creations, all seen and unseen forces as well as the energy of the cosmos. Moving us from the stressed our brain and into a flow and rhythm that aligns with the earth's vibration. Scalar energy is a type of energy that is beneficial for the body, mind and spirit, with scientific research to prove its significance when activated in our bodies. It is said to help with things like pain relief, improved sleep, and better overall health. There is research that proves that bioscalar energy is helpful for things like cancer, immune disorders, inflammation and other diseases. Some of the many benefits to bioscalar energy, include: 1. Increased energy and vitality 2. Improved sleep quality 3. Reduced stress and anxiety 4. Increased focus and concentration 5. Better mental clarity 6. Enhanced immune function 7. Heightened awareness and sense of self 8. Improved skin health 9. Reduced inflammation 10. Improved cardiovascular health In closing, there are incredible results as you bring this into practice. If you are seeking more knowledge around this form of meditation, please read some of the books below. Readings to consider: The Infinite Mind by Dr. Valerie Hunt The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton If you want to jump right in and start utilizing this in your own menu of practices, jump right into youtube and look for a bioscalar meditation and find the one that resonates with you. It truly amazes me how much this journey has shifted my entire life. I am so incredibly thankful, not only for my own transformations that have already occurred but all the ones that are yet to come.🙏
I'll share a personal story here. At one point in my life, I believed that no one in the world cared about my truth. Cared about what I had to say. I didn't believe I was valued or seen. Through some childhood experiences, I believed I was a liar and that everyone thought that was true, too. I felt small, insignificant, and like I had to continue to prove my goodness. My honesty. My integrity. And until I stopped believing it, the same pattern would continue to prove to me that this was all true. This is important to share because, on my own path, my own healing journey, not only have I released those conditionings and belief systems I was holding onto, but in fact, the very opposite is true. I went from seeing myself small to seeing myself no longer limited. When I am using optimal imagination to manifest, I dont imagine there is something in my way. I see myself in my highest light. I went from believing that my voice didn't matter to knowing my voice not only matters but can and does create change. I know this is true because I live it every single day. Not only do I see all of that for myself, but I see that for everyone. I have compassion for others in a way I never knew existed. I wish for all beings to come to their own empowered place, knowing the power of transformation is only limited by the belief that you cannot. 💓👏💕✨️ ![]() Yesterday there was an incredibly potent energetic portal that was open on 11/11/22 which if we are looking at numerology is a powerful number combo. Simply put- 11 is a number of new beginnings and enlightenment and the significance of 11/11/22 is a profound energetic opportunity to tap into that energy and manifest, bringing us closer to what we are imagining for ourselves. I wrote some words for a ceremony/meditation, and I wanted to share them with you so that the next time one of these energetic portals are open- you can use these words to help you with your manifestations. Even if you are looking for some help manifesting outside of a portal opening, you can say them with intention, helping to bring your closer to whatever vision you are holding. 11/11 Forward Momentum: As we take in the energy of this portal we sit with an intention of transformation and abundance. Having laser beam clarity on what we would like to call in and asking Ganesh to continue to remove the obstacles from our path to bring us closer to our grand vision. We are connecting with the vibration of gratitude, rooting deeply into this energy as we get ready to manifest. We are doing so with a heart full of deep appreciation of what is already ours, and all that lies before us. As we get ready to go through this portal, we ask to be cleared of any discordant frequencies and releasing from our field any lingering limiting belief systems. We are willingly letting of these systems and breaking away from these frequencies so we may be light and move freely. As we fall into spaciousness, we call in expansion, filling us with abundant gratitude, radiant light and a childlike joy. We are embodying our highest self, our goddess like energy and stand feeling empowered. As we dance through this light filled gateway, we are divinely guided; knowing our possibilities are infinite and our intentions are clear. We thank the universe, the cosmos, father sky and grandmother moon. We thank Pachamama and all her inhabitants, all seen and unseen forces. We thank our spirit guides and our ancestors for their wisdom and guidance. I have meditated on my own but never in a group setting. The way Margie incorporated sound into her meditation and her guided techniques and affirmations enabled me to really let go and immerse myself into this form of healing. When I opened my eyes, my hands were tingling with energy, and I felt I was on a whole new level of vibration. I cannot wait until next week to continue this journey. I highly recommend it! " I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my opening class from last week. It was a beautiful experience, and I am truly grateful for the beautiful beings that showed up for themselves. Last week we went on a journey aligning ourselves with the vibration of gratitude and letting that shimmer to every cell in our body. The beings that joined were left feeling inspired and energized.
As I sit in this refection I am taken back to when I began diving into these teachings. I never imagined I would be in a place where I was playing sound for others. In fact, I believed sound was just "not my thing" and while I was in that belief system, I never thought I would be sharing my own written meditation with others either. At that point, I was still in the story that my words didn't matter, and I was not adept at playing music, so I would never guide meditation and play sound. I am laughing at the thought now. Thankful that this awareness allows me to see just how far I have come. It truly is such a journey coming back to yourself and peeling back the layers as you walk into the depths of your own soul. And as you go into the deepest and darkest spaces- you can now illuminate the path for others. A spectacular gift, one I work hard to put to use. This week begins my workshop series with the YWCA, a 6-week sound and meditation series where I will be playing sound and speaking a guided meditation with a focus of teaching their staff how to utilize what I am teaching them in their regular everyday lives. Honestly, I am honored. I have been connected to this organization since I was 12 years old- so to be able to bring some of my medicine to them, well it's a dream. This week's focus- Gratitude. Helping participants come into a state of gratitude supported by sound and the energy of the universe. Encouraging participants to be open to receiving the healing power of sound. With a natural law focus on The Law of Attention, Law of Giving and Receiving, Law of Divine Oneness and power of gratitude. I want to record this series and share it with you all- but in the event that I can't do that, I do want to share the words that will be spoken in this gratitude meditation so if you ever want to say the words yourself, you can. When we are meditating, we are having the awareness that the external environment can be a little hectic, chaotic and out of flow. Coming into a meditation is having the intention to come back to ourselves. It is leaving that external place and coming into our internal place, coming back to yourself, back into your flow. This helps bring our mind and our body a sense of peace. Now- we don't want to disassociate from our bodies, many people confuse meditation as a way to escape and- we don't want to go higher and release from ourselves. We want to root in, while inviting our body to come along. We want to invite our bodies to be light and free- while staying present and taking in the healing we are receiving through the sound and the meditation we are in. When you're getting ready to meditate, I always recommend getting into a comfortable position, whether it's laying down or sitting, whatever is the best for you. Be comfortable in your setting. And if you can- be in a quiet place. If you don't play a healing instrument, I recommend turning on some sound as it is a powerful healing conductor. It works with our brain states and keeps us connected. (I will share some links below on some of my favorite sound to play when I am not playing myself.) Gratitude instantly raises our vibration, it can bring us from a low vibratory state almost immediately, because coming into gratitude changes our vibrational frequency, and we have control over practicing it. Truly, the more we practice gratitude the more we invite gratitude into our life. The Law of Attention "energy goes where our attention flows, and then we attract more of it." Now I want you to connect to your breathing, being by placing one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart I want you to take a deep breath in, pause and breath out. I want you to take a few breaths here. On your next deep breath in I want you to imagine the sound of Ah and continue to hear that sound as you're breathing in. And on your next exhale I want you to imagine the sound of Om, Deep breath in, pause, deep breath out. Remembering on your inhales you're hearing the sound of Ah and your exhales the sound of Om. As you hold onto this meditation. I want you to place attention to the earth, I want you to imagine you are hearing the sound of earth's heartbeat, feeling the vibration. Pachamama. Mother Earth. Connecting to the pulse that lives in everything. We have the intention here to root in and connect. We're now beginning to imagine gratitude, what do you imagine when I ask "what are you thankful for?" There are no wrong answers here, no matter how big or how small that thing is. Hold onto the image of what or who that is. Where are you? What do you see? What do you smell? Who are you with? What do you taste? What colors are around you? Let that gratitude shimmer into your heart, feel the vibration, the pulse, the surrender of this grateful state. This gratitude. For me, I feel gratitude in every ounce of my body. It transcends mind. body and spirit. I feel gratitude on an emotional, spiritual and physical level. Notice where you are feeling your gratitude. In your heart, in your body. What emotions are you experiencing? Where are you feeling this gratitude in your body? What does it feel like? Place attention on the energic shift happening as we come deeper into this state of gratitude. As we surrender deeper into this vibration. As we are in this high vibrational state, I am going to give you some affirmations as we are in this meditation, feel free to say them out loud or to yourself. Personally, I write my affirmations on the mirrors in my home when I am not meditating, if you feel called to do that when we are no longer in this space, I welcome you to do so. I will say each affirmation twice but please say them as many times as you feel is right for you. "I trust what's meant for me, is already mine." (x2) "I am planting the seeds of gratitude and I am committed to watering them every day" (x2) "I am grateful to be myself." (x2) "I am grateful to give and receive love, and I am open to it." (x2) "I express deep gratitude for things I achieve, every day." (x2) "Whatever I see, I trust the universe is supporting my highest good. I choose to see this season of my life through the eyes of appreciation." (x2) "My gratitude is a magnet for all that I want." (x2) As we bring our awareness back to our bodies our consciousness back into the room. Let's wiggle our fingers, our toes bringing our attention back to this present moment. Keeping ourselves in the vibration of gratitude and taking that with us for the rest of our day. When you're ready, open your eyes. The light in me, honors the light in you. Thank you for going on this journey with me, please let me know if you were able to practice this mediation and if you liked it. Click the title to hear the sound: Heartbeat Rhythmic Circle Chakra Suite Chaos used to be the norm for me- honestly, I was so comfortable living within it that I did not know how to live without it or even that it was a problem in my life. No matter how much I claimed to want to lead a peaceful life, living in that chaos was almost an addiction, one that hid itself, dressed in a disguise. One where I could throw around the "victim" label with ease and throw all my power to the wind. Where I could focus all my energy on "fixing" or "rescuing" all the broken people I found around me- instead of looking inward healing all the parts of me that I didn't want to look at. I convinced myself that by serving others, I was healing myself. That wily coyote energy, the trickster, oh how it loved playing those tricks on me- just to see how long it could keep me going round and round in that same pattern. Submerged in judgement, submerged in the trick. Even in a state of awareness sometimes I can fall back into those tricks, but I come back much quicker, and hold a tremendous amount of compassion for the lessons I still need to learn, the deeper I can go with myself, the deeper I can go with others. That also means, the thought that by healing others I was healing myself- was backwards. As I heal myself, I heal others.
We can't change things we are not aware of; I challenge you to think about a pattern you want to break free from. I call you to the table, the table of awareness. |
