Meet Margie
I didn’t come to this path because it was easy or beautiful. I came because I was breaking.
I grew up in a house where silence and shame lived in the walls. My body was marked by trauma before I had words for it—sexual abuse, neglect, generations of women who carried too much and spoke too little. On the outside, I was the achiever, the helper, the one who held it all together. Inside, my nervous system was collapsing under the weight of overgiving, people-pleasing, and trying to earn love by disappearing into everyone else’s needs.
For years, I wore the mask of success. I knew how to project positivity, to check every box, to make it look like I was thriving. But underneath, my body was screaming. Anxiety, illness, exhaustion—I knew survival, but not sovereignty.
The breaking open came slowly, then all at once. It came in the form of burnout, collapse, and the undeniable truth that the life I was living was unsustainable. And in that breaking, medicine found me. Not as a career, but as a lifeline.
Through sound, breath, meditation, and the laws of nature, I began peeling back the stories I had inherited. I learned to hold the parts of myself I had abandoned—the silenced child, the woman mistaking pain for love, the achiever trying to prove her worth. Slowly, I stopped running. I began to love myself back into wholeness.
My mentors, Lisa Ishwari Murphy and Nicole Pepin, and my apprenticeship through the SvaHa Yoga & Synergy of Sound Academy, gave me more than tools. They taught me how to let the natural laws reshape me from the inside out, how to carry medicine with integrity, how to hold space for transformation that begins at the root.
I have lived the work I now teach: weeping through ceremonies, unraveling lifetimes of conditioning, facing shadows until they became teachers. Every collapse became compost. Every fracture an opening for light.
Today, as an energy medicine practitioner, Synergy of Sound™ Conductor, Reiki Master, channeler, and Energy for Life Coach, I weave science and spirit together. My work lives at the intersection of the physics of sound, the language of the nervous system, and the wisdom of natural law. This is not about fixing people. It is about remembering wholeness.
And my work doesn’t stop in healing spaces. I bring this devotion into community and leadership. I facilitate team development, wellness practices, and communication trainings for organizations and leaders. I’ve guided circles of entrepreneurs, facilitated leadership cohorts, and co-created spaces where groups can pause, reset, and learn how to move in resonance together. My approach is always the same: healing is collective, and transformation is amplified in community.
I am also completing my Master of Business Administration with plans to pursue a PhD in Organizational Behavior—because I believe the same natural laws that guide our healing also shape how organizations thrive. Leadership, like energy, is relational. Presence changes everything.
Whether guiding a sound journey, coaching a client, training a team, or facilitating a leadership program, my intention is truth, presence, sovereignty, and flow. People leave with more than insight. They leave with the felt sense of coming home to themselves, and the knowledge that they are not broken, but sacred.
I know the terrain of silence, survival, and shame. I also know the joy of rising. My devotion is to this path, to the ancient pulse beneath the surface that has always been here—steady, waiting for us to listen.
And if you are ready to rise, I will walk beside you. Not to rescue you, but to remind you.

"I have worked with Margie in many ways. She is multi-talented and always a pleasure to work with. My initial experience with Margie was such a wonderful experience! I hired her to do an energy cleaning in my home. She really spent the time to make sure her work was completed and most importantly that I understood what she was doing. She was open to answering all my questions. My house since then feels great. I instantly felt the difference. She is filled with so much love and light and you can feel her good intentions of simply wanting to help. I highly recommend her! Lastly, I have been attending Margie's weekly meditation and sound series at the Y. It is my favorite day of the week. I encourage anyone who is trying to release any limiting beliefs, anxiety, overthinking, stress, pain to attend one of her meditation classes. Her classes are unlike traditional meditation classes. The way she guides you through the process makes you feel safe to just be quiet, follow her lead and let yourself go. On two occasions my body has begun shaking as my body released past trauma. Tears flowed out of my eyes knowing that my body is healing. Actually, many other participants that attend mediation have shared the same sentiments. It seems like when you experience Margie's meditation it immediately starts to heal our past trauma and low vibrating energy within. If you are feeling out of balance and want to come into flow - connect with Margie. You will be in good hands." |

"I have been on my journey for many years and have a very eclectic approach. Since getting more involved in sound, directed meditation and flow coaching, I feel I have been more in sync with my body and my environment while getting more of an understanding of the way I believe and feel things work. If you're ready to make a change or just looking for something new, I strongly with love suggest you give it a try." |

"In my sessions with Margie sound is a grounding and igniting factor. The way she layers different frequencies of sound and uses various types of instruments creates a sense of flow for the session and within me. We always begin with the drum and I find that it helps slow down my constantly overthinking mind so that I can focus in and get more present for our work. My body responds to the rhythm effortlessly. In our last session, her use of tuning forks was like an electric charge that I could feel throughout my body and I could literally feel my pent-up energy releasing. When she used the Tibetan singing bowls all around my head, the strong, engulfing ringing was loud and intense and acted like a wake up call to let go of thoughts that are holding me back from believing that I am worthy of creating what I envision for my present and future. I loved it when she used the crystal singing bowls after because the sound is so comforting and soothing and helped to calm my nervous system down after the earlier energetic release. Ending each session with the steady drum gets me back into the present and is a wonderful way to end the session and a reminder that I can always come back and connect with the here and now. All in all, I truly believe that the way Margie uses sound in our sessions adds so much depth to the experience and I embrace it as an extension of her heart and soul in our work." |
